The Church at Smyrna

In Revelation 2:8-11, the Lord addresses a letter to the church that met in the city of Smyrna. Unlike most of the seven churches in Asia, the church at Smyrna received no rebuke or correction from the Lord, only promises of blessing when they had endured suffering faithfully.
