Committees
First Baptist Church Keller is organized and run through a committee structure.
It’s time to set up our 9 standing committees for 2026.
Volunteer committee positions are generally served for three years. You must be a church member to serve on a church committee.

Committees and their purposes:
Building and Grounds – Oversees the maintenance of our church facilities.
Childhood Ministry – Serves in an advisory position to the Director of Childhood's Ministry.
Committee on Committees – Meets annually to select people to serve on church committees.
Counter-Teller – Responsible to count all funds received on Sundays. Meets every week.
Finance
– Oversees the expenditures of the church. Makes financial policies as needed.
Missions – Oversees the church’s mission efforts and assist the Minister of Missions
Personnel – Oversees all issues relating to the church staff.
Risk Management – Formulates and reviews the church’s policies for handling risks.
Widows’ Garden – Manages the planting, harvesting, and distribution of produce from our church’s Widows’ Garden.
